Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Power BI Development: Design develop and implement advanced Power BI solutions including interactive dashboards reports and scorecards. Utilize your expertise in Power BI to create visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces that effectively communicate data insights.
2. Data Modeling and Integration: Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to understand data sources perform data modeling and ensure the availability of clean and accurate data for analysis. Integrate data from various sources into Power BI ensuring data quality and consistency.
3. Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics features of Power BI such as DAX calculations statistical modeling and machine learning integration to perform sophisticated data analysis. Extract valuable insights from complex data sets and present them in a clear and actionable manner.
4. Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI solutions for performance by finetuning data models queries and visuals. Implement performance optimization techniques to ensure efficient data retrieval and rendering within Power BI.
5. Data Governance and Security: Implement data governance and security best practices within Power BI solutions. Define and enforce data access controls data encryption and other security measures to protect sensitive information.
6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements understand their needs and translate them into effective data visualizations. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to demonstrate the capabilities and value of Power BI solutions.
7. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document data models report specifications and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability. Create user guides and training materials to enable selfservice analytics for endusers.
8. Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed Power BI solutions to ensure accuracy functionality and adherence to business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during testing or production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in Power BI Desktop including advanced data modeling DAX and Power Query.
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex dashboards reports and scorecards.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as statistical modeling and machine learning integration in Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data governance and security principles within Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective visualizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
