The Client Service Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. This position is vital to our organization as it directly impacts client satisfaction and retention. The Client Service Associate acts as a liaison between the company and its clients ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate support
- Address client inquiries and concerns via phone email and inperson meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide product/service demonstrations
- Resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department
- Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and uptodate information
- Prepare and deliver reports to clients regarding their accounts or services
- Assist in the development and implementation of client service policies and procedures
- Manage and prioritize multiple client requests and tasks
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings and presentations
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to better serve clients
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client retention and expansion
- Participate in company events and client appreciation initiatives
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in a clientfacing role or customer service position
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of financial services and products (preferred)
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve client service skills
