Quality Engineer

• Review product requirements and specifications providing critical feedback.
• Develop comprehensive structured and detailed test plans and test cases.
• Track quality assurance metrics by analyzing and categorizing all customerreported bugs.
• Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure test cases trace to software requirements.
• Develop and execute automation test scripts assisting with CI/CD Integration.
• Execute all test cases ensuring a defectfree release.
• Quickly triage and test bug fixes on an ongoing basis.
• Participate in an agile environment follow process guidelines and deliver tasks.
• Engage in software architecture design discussions and code reviews.
• Proactively take ownership and be accountable.
• Stay uptodate with new testing tools and test strategies.

• 24 years of experience working as a Quality Engineer.
• Handson experience with UI testing and API testing.
• Proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes.
• A mindset geared towards breaking systems to make them more robust for users.
• Proficient with bug tracking tools like JIRA and CI/CD tools like Jenkins Git.
• Experienced in automation testing of web applications and APIs.
• Exposure to modern AIbased lowcode/nocode tools such as Testsigma Tosca TestIM AccelQ Katalon etc.
• Detailoriented with the ability to empathize with customers.
• Capable of working effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills willing to ask for help and offer support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Educational background: BE / MS / MCA from reputed institutes in India or abroad.
