Excellent Communication Skills
Handling healthcare requirements like LPN Registered Nurse etc
Good experience in handling MS Office
understanding of US tax terms visas and geography
Responsible for the fulllife recruitment cycle starting from sourcing to negotiations.
Working on different Healthcare clients across the US.
Sourcing candidates using different portals based on the job description and the skill set requirements.
Collaborate with US healthcare clients to understand their hiring needs for various roles including RNs LPNs Physicians Medical Directors and other clinical/nonclinical positions
Utilize your executive search expertise and healthcare staffing experience to identify and attract top talent from active/passive candidate pools. Conduct thorough candidate evaluations including skills assessments background checks and reference verifications
