Job Description

This opening is for leading cement manufacturing company of Northeast and it will be based out of Meghalaya Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in the recruitment process including conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
  • Oversee employee relations and address any issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct performance management processes including performance evaluations and feedback sessions
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation
  • Assist in the resolution of HRrelated grievances and disputes
  • Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking to support the overall goals of the organization
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide support and guidance to junior HR staff
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and records
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Participate in HRrelated projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
