This is an exciting position in our office in India Bangalorewhere you have the opportunity to develop yourself in many ways. You will work closely with the managers in both India and Norway. The HR Manager will lead and implement the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff administering pay benefits and leave and enforcing company policies and practices.

You will play a key role in aligning the organizations human capital strategy with its financial goals ensuring efficient use of resources and fostering a positive work environment conducive to growth and productivity.
Develop and implement effective people management policies and procedures to attract retain and motivate a highperforming workforce.
Provide support and coaching to Managers at all levels in the Company
Recruits interviews hires and trains new staff
Develop and oversee employee relations performance management and talent development initiatives.
Collaborate with department managers to ensure effective workforce planning and provide guidance on talent acquisition and retention.
Management of employee life cycle including onboarding and induction employee relations issues absence management and offboarding
Manages the talent acquisition process which may include recruitment interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants particularly for managerial exempt and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Ownership of recruitment process and procedures
Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Support managers in identifying training needs performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
Maintenance and review of Employee Handbook including HR processes and guidelines
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Maintains compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience in people management talent acquisition
Experience with early phase technology startups or scaleups is a pluss.
Sound knowledge of human resources practices and labor laws
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret and utilize financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and managerial abilities with a strategic mindset.
Detailoriented and organized with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships while handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to take initiative and drive positive change.
