Savoy Sharm Group is a leading hospitality group in Sharm El Sheikh Egypt. We aim to provide our guests with the highest level of service and comfort during their stay. Our team is composed of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making every guests experience unforgettable. We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standard of service.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Service Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry exceptional leadership skills and a customercentric approach. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the best service and all operational procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the service department including scheduling training and performance management of service staff.

Develop and maintain service standards and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of highquality service.

Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all service equipment and facilities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience.

Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure adherence to service standards.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Create and maintain service reports and records to track performance and identify trends.

Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus.
