Job Description
- Coordinate and manage the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain the operations and manage the overall activities of the customer service team.
- Observe KPIs and measure the performance of the customer service team.
- Ensure that confirmation calls are made to customers to verify orders and ensure accuracy.
- Oversee cross-selling and up-selling activities during customer interactions.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Stay updated on The Group's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
