Job Summary:
RG International is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling excellent communication skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students and clients helping them navigate their academic and professional paths.
Key Responsibilities:

Student/Client Counseling:
- Provide oneonone counseling sessions to students and clients to help them identify their educational and career goals.
- Assess individual needs and develop personalized plans to address them.
- Offer guidance on course selection career options and higher education opportunities.

Information Dissemination:
- Provide detailed information about various educational programs institutions and career opportunities.
- Organize and conduct informational sessions workshops and seminars.
- Keep clients informed about the latest developments in the education and job markets.

Application Assistance:
- Assist students in the application process for educational institutions scholarships and job opportunities.
- Review and provide feedback on application materials such as resumes cover letters and personal statements.

Support Services:
- Offer support to students facing academic or personal challenges.
- Provide resources and referrals to external support services if needed.
- Monitor the progress of students and clients and offer ongoing support.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and client progress.
- Prepare regular reports on counseling activities and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Outreach and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with educational institutions employers and community organizations to develop partnerships and opportunities for students.
- Participate in outreach activities to promote counseling services and attract new clients.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology Education or a related field.
- A master's degree or additional certifications in counseling is preferred.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Counselor Academic Advisor or similar role.
- Experience in educational counseling or career guidance is a plus.
