Senior Planning Engineer

• Plan and execute project by identify and define work scope constraints deliverable logical sequence and milestone.
  
• Define method of progress measurement and develop WBS RBS & CBS with the project management team.
  
• Monitor and control project by prepare overall master work programme schedules detailed construction programme etc.
  
• Prepare revise and review resources histogram and physical and financial S curves.
  
• Work activity updates tracking and forecasting against baselines for time cost and scope.
  
• Monitor and load resources plans and material delivery schedules.
  
• Measure and evaluate the productivity versus resource allocations.
  
• Check the progress and cost status by performing variance analysis and earn valu analysis regularly.
  
• Identify areas of concern and prepare recovery or catchup plans if necessary.
  
• Prepare KPI report for management meetings.
  
• Attend and participate in all relevant meetings.
  
• Prepare and submit various report to meet client PMC and management requirements.
  
• Provide the management with workrelated information feedback in a timely and consistent manner as required.
  
• Perform other task given by the superior or management.
  

Requirements

• A Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field having other educational qualification will be considered based on relevant working experience.
  
• Posses a minimum of 3 years of working experience on project site and held the similar position.
  
• Experience working with a design consultant firm in a similar capacity is advantageous.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Microsoft Project and Primavera PG.
  
• Deep understanding in sewerage system design and reengineering.
  
• Extensive design experience in municipal sewage systems is preferred.
  
• Proficient in design formulae and calculations.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  
• Ability to access analyze and evaluate data with good problemabilities.
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively work under pressure and handle fasttrack projects.
  
• Good personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Adaptable to dynamic changes and ISO practice environments.
  
• Willingness to work overtime and at night when required to meet project needs.
