Job Description

Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
  • Monitoring KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives
  • Utilize sales data & market insights & Identify retail opportunities to drive sellout display optimization for right assortment and enhance profitability.
  • Assess store performance SKU Run rate Dead SKU Tracking Battle maps etc.
  • Promoter Deployment & Performance Review
  • Timely & Planned actions for EOL clearance & tracking of display units
  • ASM Effectiveness:
    Store Sell out performance (Promoter & NonPromoter Locations)
    Display enhancement
    Retail Store operations
  • Plan and execute retail operations with Key accounts (Organized Retail BrandStores Showrooms)
  • Implementing operational plans to ensure smooth functioning of Retail operations including:
    Inventory Management
    Logistics
    Compliance
  • Steer efforts to achieve weekly monthly quarterly and annual instore display share & flooring targets
  • Facilitate decision making by senior management on Retail & Flooring strategies to meet demands of accounts by providing market inputs and recommendations associated with channel experience and end customer feedback
  • Build strong long term relationships with Organized Retail accounts at all levels
  • Manage and monitor budgets allocated
Skills and Qualifications
  • 57 years of experience in Retail Marketing Data Analysis & Visual Merchandising
  • GCC / UAE market knowledge is essential
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets extract meaningful insights and identify trends & patterns relevant to retail operations & sales performance
  • Understanding of the Consumer Electronics market dynamics and technology
  • Strong interpersonal negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management public group and or client
  • Computer literate and advanced user of MS office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
  • People management (Internal & External Partners Distributors and Agencies)
  • Solid understanding of product technology and passion for technology
