Social Worker - Children’s – Qualified – Hybrid
We currently have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced qualified Social Worker in NW London.
This position has hybrid working arrangements in place, roughly 2 days minimum negotiated with the line manager (determined by the needs of their families, team meetings, supervision etc)
For Duty & Assessment team roles, the duty week is every 4 week and Social Workers are required to be in all of that week.
The working environment consists of new offices with good transport links.
On offer: - Salary package: £37,700 - £41,793 basic
- Plus, a 25% Retention bonus added on top to all candidates (If appointed at the top of the above scale then this would equate to a maximum of £10k p/a)

About you: - Minimum 2 years previous work experience in similar role
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework and polices in relation to safeguarding children
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in writing assessments and plans for young people.
- Proven experience in demonstrating your impact on families in achieving positive outcomes for children and influence the professional networks that you work with.
- Innovative and positive engagement with children and families in their assessments and plans and a passion for delivery of high-quality services and interventions to vulnerable children in partnership with a wide range of agencies.
