Job Description
Strategic account consultation (pre- and post-sales): lead strategic account consultations as an expert advisor, guiding client conversations with key enterprise prospects and customers, while collaborating with the VP NAMER Sales, regional Account Executives (AEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
- Provide expert advice on coaching strategy, program design, evaluation approach, multi-stakeholder coaching contracting, change management, and communication strategy for complex, globally scaled coaching programmes.
- Develop compelling and tailored business cases, showcasing the return on investment (ROI) and value creation of CoachHub’s offering and programmatic behavioural change interventions.
