Job Description
- Interpret volume forecasts and translate these into clear guidelines for management on staffing adjustments for the short, mid and long-term.
- Develop forecasts and maintain/ adjust based on Operational/ client weekly inputs.
- Adjust/ create staffing plans to provide Business Partners with the information needed to hire, train, and deploy staff to achieve service levels and budget targets. Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze data, with the ability to recommend solutions to address business need
