Job Description
•Review and approve designs and equipment for new data centers.
•Lead data center upgrades to expand capacity, improve uptime, and boost efficiency.
•Collaborate with external consultants to ensure consistent and reliable data center services.
Troubleshooting and Support:
•Diagnose, investigate root causes, and document solutions for data center and equipment failures.
•Provide on-the-spot training and guidance for operational issues, including complex procedures and critical equipment.
Project Management and Oversight:
•Manage multiple data center projects across Egypt concurrently.
•Conduct engineering audits, including site visits, to identify and mitigate risks within Vodafone data centers.
•Act as the lead engineer on new data center construction projects, overseeing construction, commissioning, and handover.
