Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Course Coordinator at A Plus Academy in Amman. The Course Coordinator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including communication with students and instructors, coordinating educational activities, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and conducting research to improve course offerings.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor degree in any engineering fields
- Experience in the education field and course coordination is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Research and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience with learning management systems is a plus
