- Create and manage professional social media accounts, including but not limited to LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with potential customers and generate leads.
- Regularly post content related to the company's products or services, industry trends, and other relevant topics.
- Engage with followers and potential customers through direct messaging, comments, and other forms of communication.
- Use social media analytics to track engagement and identify opportunities to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on social media campaigns.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
- Track and report on social media metrics.
