Job Description

  • Recruitment Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position and develop tailored recruitment strategies
    • Identify and implement innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source potential candidates
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Screening and Interviewing:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback
  • Offer Management:
    • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Employer Branding:
    • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates
    • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and regulations
