Labor Employment Associate

Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 2 years of experience. Candidates should have experience with a broad range of employment issues including workplace discrimination harassment retaliation and wrongful termination. Litigation experience should include drafting pleadings discovery and motions. Experience taking and defending depositions and conducting administrative hearings is a plus. Other responsibilities will include drafting workplace policies conducting employee trainings and providing daytoday advice and counsel to employers. The Associate salary range at the time of posting is $130000 $160000 annually based upon a fulltime work schedule.
