Overview

The Manager of our Labor and Delivery will play a pivotal role in shaping the patient care experience. You will champion policies that prioritize patient wellbeing while upholding the highest standards of care. Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate daily procedures ensuring seamless coordination.

• Cultivate a wellstaffed engaged team across all departments under your purview.

• Champion productivity while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.

• Address concerns proactively and comprehensively from QA to patient feedback.

• Play a key role in the selection development and support of our talented staff.

• Uphold hospital policies while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptation.

• Spearhead costeffective practices without compromising patient care.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelors degree in nursing healthcare business or administration with a Masters Degree highly preferred

• A minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or fulltime charge nurse/related position.

• Registered Nurse in Arizona or possess the ability to obtain a RN License upon hire

• CPR Certification.
