This is a remote position.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives to brief internal teams.
- Work on inspiring creative briefs along with the manager.
- Work collaboratively with creative media and account planning teams.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Present campaign ideas and secure client approvals.
- Oversee campaign execution and track performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising or any related field.
- Must have 23 years of relevant experience (Client Servicing) in a reputable advertising (creative) agency.
- Previously should have handled integrated accounts Online Offline BTL.
- Experience managing and social media campaigns (e.g. Facebook Instagram X TK LI).
- Basic Understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign creation.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver successful advertising campaigns (both online & offline).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of the advertising landscape including traditional media and digital marketing channels.
- Experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams.
- Budget management skills.
- Project management skills to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
