Job Description

Job Title: Manager Solutions

Location: Mumbai India

Department: Solutions and Customer Experience

Position Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and proactive Manager of Solutions to join our dynamic IT company. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying opportunities a passion for problemsolving and exceptional communication skills. This role involves engaging with clients onsite conducting workshops and driving business growth from existing accounts. If you thrive in a customerfacing environment and have a talent for generating innovative solutions we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

1. Opportunity Identification:

Regularly walk through client sites to identify pain points inefficiencies and opportunities for IT solutions.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.

2. Solution Development:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and propose tailored IT solutions that address clientspecific issues.

Ensure solutions align with the company s capabilities and strategic goals.

3. Customer Workshops:

Organize and lead regular workshops and training sessions with clients to demonstrate new technologies and solutions.

Gather feedback during workshops to refine and improve solutions.

4. Account Management Revenue Target:

Jointly carry a quarterly revenue target with the Account Managers

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of assigned accounts to identify new business opportunities.

Work closely with the Sales/ Account Managers to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth from existing clients.

5. Business Development:

Actively contribute to business development strategies by identifying trends and insights from client interactions.

Assist in the preparation of proposals presentations and other documentation for client engagements.

6. Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on the success of implemented solutions and client satisfaction.

Use data and analytics to make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting solutions management or a similar role.

Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.

Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conduct effective workshops and presentations.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in similar roles in the BFSI industry

Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.

Project management experience and certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus.
