Job Title: Senior Design Engineer (SPM)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Design Engineer Team Lead with 8 to 15 years of experience in special purpose machine design. The perfect applicant will manage a group of engineers while supervising the creation advancement and execution of projects involving customized machines.

You are expected to do:

Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers providing guidance and technical expertise.

Oversee the design and development of special purpose machines from concept to completion.

Create and review detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software.

Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including electrical to ensure seamless integration of all machine components.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including specifications design calculations and bills of materials (BOMs)

Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support.

Requirements

You will be a great fit if you have:

8 15 years of relevant work experience with B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in independently working on project deliverables from the base design stage to detailed designs.

Have Excellent Knowledge on North American standards like ANSI/ASME Y 14.1

Have Advanced Knowledge on Mechanical GD&T.

Experience in Consumer/Industrial product design and detailing.

3D CAD skillsSpecifically SolidWorks or Inventor.
