Job Description

Role and Responsibilities
  • Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries on phone.
  • Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
  • Asking questions about the problem and explaining possible solutions
  • Dealing with problems for hardware such as servers computers and printers and software programs
Must Have
  • Good Communication Skills very important if not MET the profile will be rejected.
  • Need to be Ready to work in a 24/7 Shift very important if not MET the profile will be rejected.
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems.
  • Customeroriented and cooltempered.
  • 25 years experience in the Helpdesk/Desktop support.
  • Basic technical Knowledge.
