Role and Responsibilities
- Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries on phone.
- Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met.
- Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
- Asking questions about the problem and explaining possible solutions
- Dealing with problems for hardware such as servers computers and printers and software programs
- Good Communication Skills very important if not MET the profile will be rejected.
- Need to be Ready to work in a 24/7 Shift very important if not MET the profile will be rejected.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Basic understanding of computer systems.
- Customeroriented and cooltempered.
- 25 years experience in the Helpdesk/Desktop support.
- Basic technical Knowledge.
