Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of benchmarking strategies to assess organizational performance relative to industry peers and best practices.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and evaluate enterprise-wide performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of benchmarking data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate benchmarking data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
