Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. A higher academic degree such as a master's degree in performance management or strategic planning is an advantage.
Artistic skills:
Experience in analyzing data and using various reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.
Ability to analyze organizational performance and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Knowledge of performance management and strategic planning methods and their application at the organization level.
Personal skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various levels within the organization.
Ability to work under pressure and manage large projects effectively.
