Job Description
Stratfield is seeking a Business Development Specialist with experience within the manufacturing and CAD/CAM industry to join our client a leading software company for the machinery industry.
The BDS focuses on only new customer and new seat acquisition throughout the US and Canada. A qualified candidate must have the desire to successfully drive new business.
This is a remote direct hire position. Candidates must be local to the US. Sorry sponsorship is not available for this position.

What is required:
- Solid background in a sales account management or business development position.
- Experience using various sales tools including Salesforce LinkedIn Navigator Zoom Info etc.
- Knowledge of the CAM/CAD industry and manufacturing.
- Strong background fostering key relationships with decision makers within an organization.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the desire to be highly collaborative.
- Strong organizational skills and desire to be successful.
- A Degree in Manufacturing or a similar field of study is preferred.
