Sales Manager

BCM Media with titles in the Netherlands such as Buitenleven Toeractief Onze Hond and Luister is part of the international media company Forum Media Group. In cooperation with a German subsidiariy we will launch a new digital product for the dog market and are looking for a Sales Manager.

The aim of the position is to independently acquire partners for a digital marketplace for services for dogs.

Tasks

• Acquisition of new dog service partners in the Netherlands Belgium and Luxembourg as well as neighboring regions especially in the tourism sector (hotels etc.)
• Continuous research of new dog service partners orientation on current trends and developments
• Preparation of all partner contract documents conducting contract negotiations contract conclusion management
• Development of new product concepts such as hotel packages bundle offers etc. in coordination with the partners for continuous portfolio expansion and optimization
• Advice and support for existing partners
• Strategic account management: process optimization and innovation management e.g. setting up developing and implementing a partner retention program
• Continuous generation of new leads and further development of partner acquisition management
• Development of synergies with the existing brands Onze Hond and Der Hund

Requirements

• Completed training in the commercial sector
• First experience in the sales area
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Good customer skills and enjoy advising customers
• Selfconfident appearance
• Quick comprehension of new systems
• Fluency in English and Dutch with excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Ideally enthusiasm for dogs and dogrelated products
