• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for industrialization logistics and supply chain operations in alignment with overall company objectives.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement efficiency gains and cost reduction across all operational functions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a highperforming operations team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee endtoend supply chain activities including procurement inventory management forecasting and distribution ensuring seamless operations.
• Industrialization: Drive the industrialization process optimizing manufacturing workflows and ensuring the scalability of production processes.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering sales and customer success to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operational processes.

• Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with overall business goals.
• Supply Chain Expertise: Indepth knowledge of supply chain management logistics and industrialization processes.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
• Change Management: Experience driving organizational change and implementing process improvements.
• Affinity for handson activities and the ability to identify and solve problems
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Bachelors Degree or higher: In a relevant field such as Operations Management Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related discipline.
• Tech Industry Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in the technology/ IoT sector and handling hardware supply chains is a strong plus.
