Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence, attract quality leads, and engage existing customers. This role requires an understanding of financial markets and digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. (All in Collaboration with the Marketing Agency)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field in the creative industry. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Intermediate/Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its regulations.
- Proven experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical abilities paired with a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
