• Proven experience in ETL processes data migration and data integration projects.
• Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics Oracle CRM) and CRM data migration.
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica Talend SSIS or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of database technologies SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with data quality data profiling and data cleansing techniques.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously meeting deadlines and delivering highquality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience with cloudbased data migration (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.
• Certification in CRM systems or ETL tools is a plus.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
