We Recruit is looking for a passionate dedicated and creative 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to help make a difference on the Swiss market and support the leading recruitment companies and HR departments in Switzerland.

We need someone who loves recruitment who enjoys developing business winning new clients and building real and authentic relationships.

Tasks

• Develop and grow the HR & Talent Acquisition business across Switzerland through business development and client acquisition.
• Placing profiles including Head of HR HRBP HR Managers Payroll Managers & Experts Talent Acqusition Managers and Experts plus Internal Recruiters and more.
• Own your role; drive new client acquisitions and cultivate impactful enduring relationships
• Become a brand and gotoperson for your niche and specialism.
• Headhunt recruit network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client.
• Proactively build talent pipelines as well as work on mandate searches and active requirements.
• Use creativity and passion to build your personal brand and elevate ours through content and best practice sharing.

Requirements

• You have a proven track record as a 360 recruitment consultant within the Swiss market.
• Your German is fluent and your command of English is professional.
• You are selfmotivated with a high degree of autonomy matched by a salesdriven and resultsoriented mindset.
• You are proficient in sourcing direct searching and building professional networks.
• You possess excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• You have a good sense of humor are passionate for recruitment and are flexible open and honest.
