Search Is Over LLC is hiring BCBAs for a local client!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs and other team members
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families caregivers and other professionals
- Provide training and support to staff and families
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- Proven experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skill
