Salesforce Solution Lead with NV1 Clearance Canberra

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Lead to join our team in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementation configuration and integration with a proven track record of delivering enterpriselevel solutions. This role requires the ability to work from our Canberra offices at least three days a week and hold an NV1 security clearance.

Research Analysis and Design

• Experience working with different stakeholders to elicit and understand business processes requirements and objectives.
• Thorough understanding of business workflows and BPMN modeling.
• Proven ability to think strategically and factor in all aspects of the organizations and clients needs including commercial considerations sustainability of the solution security records management and aligning with the organizations business strategy and ICT strategic plan.
• Demonstrated experience in designing enterpriselevel integration solutions and building data models to business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging and championing outofthebox functionality and configuration rather than custom coding.
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders on changes improvements and efficiencies in their business processes particularly when adapting to outofthebox workflows.

Implementation and Delivery

• At least 5 years of experience in a leading role delivering Salesforce projects. Demonstrated experience in building and delivering enterpriselevel integration solutions.
• Proficiency in configuring Salesforce including building/modifying custom objects flows permission sets sharing and other related configurations.
• Advanced demonstrated experience in Apex Lightning Web Components Aura JavaScript CSS and HTML. Demonstrated experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors in development and configuration.

Collaborating Mentoring and Leading

• Act as an effective mentor for Salesforce professionals in the organization. Excellent written verbal and interactive communication skills able to tailor communications for different audiences.
• Experience making persuasive evidencebased recommendations that enable decisionmakers to make informed decisions.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with vendors and internal/external stakeholders and work closely within the project team in a fastpaced environment.

Support and Sustainment

• Experience in transitioning projects to sustainment.

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Experience with Public Sector Solutions is highly desirable. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

Tools and Process

• Experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in tracking and progressing tasks using Agile Kanban or Scrum frameworks.
• Experience in using version control and advanced CI/CD tooling. Active in the Salesforce community and uptodate with the latest features issues and vulnerabilities.

Industry Certifications

• Salesforce Designer certifications are highly desirable. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications are highly desirable.
