Are you passionate about travel and customer service Were looking for a Travel Booking Agent who is fluent in Danish to join our team in sunny Mlaga Spain!

What Youll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact ensuring each customer interaction results in a positive experience
• Handle customer and partner inquiries globally via email messages and phone calls including tasks like updating contact information managing invoice collections handling refunds and booking information
• Conduct detailed discovery to quickly understand the customers needs and take ownership of the issue
• Research analyze and assess situations to provide accurate solutions using available tools and resources
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues
• Strive for firstcall resolution and ensure thorough followup on unresolved cases to eliminate the need for callbacks
• Deliver a seamless and efficient experience by actively listening discovering solutions and appropriately closing each interaction
• Uphold empathy understanding and excellent listening skills as key values when representing the clients brand

What Were Looking For:

• Native/fluent in Danish (spoken and written)
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Excellent customer service written verbal and organizational skills
• Familiarity with computer technology and devices
• Motivated and positive individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong multitasking keyboarding and active listening skills
• Skillful paraphrasing of conversations with outstanding communication skills
• Ability to find solutions following written procedures and guidelines
• Effective in defusing angry customers through social and customer skills
• Ability to work in shift rotation: Monday to Sunday 08 AM 07 PM (39 hours a week)
