ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team specializing in B2B customer service. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our business clients addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your responsibilities will include managing orders handling payment queries and providing status updates among other tasks.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Respond promptly and professionally to B2B customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels.
- Address and resolve questions related to purchase orders including order status delivery timelines and discrepancies.
- Handle billing and collections inquiries ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve service quality by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of purchase orders billing and collections processes.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
