- Analyze historical data industry trends and other relevant factors to forecast future workforce requirements. Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and align staffing plans accordingly.
- Develop staffing plans that ensure adequate coverage and utilization of resources to meet Business Plans.
- Analyze workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing staffing levels scheduling practices and resource allocation. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management.
- Proposes design solutions and devises plan to implement required changes in ERP systems and master data base.
- Maintain vacancy status and coordinate with HRD and Recruitment for effective recruitments initiatives and assist in timely MR after proper validation of RFV records
- Maintains the changes of employment status in manpower data base and related systems
- Coordinates and analyze the Probation transfer service extension secondment deputation of employees.
- Collaborate and Assist HRD to monitor and implement succession planning & career development plan and Qatarization process. Assist in developing strategies and plan to promote Qatarisation.
- Supports Head of Recruitment & Planning in the development of effective recruitment initiatives and business plans.
- Maintains updated statistics and data on all joiners and leavers for use in short and long term manpower
