Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Ticketing and Reservations specialist located in Amman. As a Ticketing and Reservations specialist, you will be responsible for handling ticketing and booking reservations for our clients. This includes handling inquiries, providing information, and ensuring that all bookings are completed accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in ticketing and reservations
• Good knowledge of airline reservation systems Amadeus and Gallio
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
