Required Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing Subjects
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and experience
• A strong record of research and scholarly activities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to mentor and advise students effectively
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student body
• Participation in professional organizations related to the field
