Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRrelated inquiries from employees and managers.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding orientation performance management and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings resume screening interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate training sessions on HR policies procedures and compliance requirements.
- Assist with employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and investigations.
- Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment changes and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics including turnover headcount and other key metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in an HR generalist role with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations including FMLA ADA FLSA and EEOC guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
