HR Generalist

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRrelated inquiries from employees and managers.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding orientation performance management and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings resume screening interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate training sessions on HR policies procedures and compliance requirements.
• Assist with employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment changes and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics including turnover headcount and other key metrics.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• 34 years of experience in an HR generalist role with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations including FMLA ADA FLSA and EEOC guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
