JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a business development executive to join our growing team at Vaamoz
Online Pvt Ltd.
Job type:
Full Time
Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Business Marketing Finance or similar field
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 6 years of experience in sales business development or
similar role
Job Roles and responsibilities
Generating business through various channels. Driving company sales by sourcing new
clients and convincing existing clients.
Maintaining healthy relationships with clients. Communicating with clients with email
chat and phone follow up regularly.
Converting leads into business root based sales.
Procuring new clients through direct contact word of mouth and collaboration with the
marketing department.
Candidates should be well versed and proficient in research and development.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are
retained.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Job Requirements
Should have experience in the lead generation in payment gateway of fintech and
ecommerce.
Must have strong English communication vocabulary skills
Field work experience is a must.
Excellent Analytical skills ability to understand client requirements well.
Quality obsessive team player motivator quick learner problem solver.
Positive attitude and goal oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful with outstanding research skills.
Must have a two wheeler.
