Overview

Key responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of aviation operations and recommending improvements to enhance safety efficiency and compliance
• Developing and implementing aviation safety management systems and risk assessment strategies
• Collaborating with clients to design and optimize aviation infrastructure such as airports and air traffic management systems
• Providing guidance on regulatory compliance airworthiness standards and industry best practices
• Conducting feasibility studies and financial analyses for aviation projects and investments
• Researching and analyzing industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes
• Preparing and delivering technical reports presentations and training sessions
• Supporting clients in crisis management and aviation incident investigations
• Managing projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Advising on aircraft selection acquisition and fleet management
• Participating in industry conferences seminars and networking events
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and seeking opportunities for business development
• Contributing to the development of aviation policies guidelines and standards
• Ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards in all consulting activities
• Staying updated on industry regulations technological advancements and global aviation trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Aviation Management Aeronautical Engineering or a related field
• Professional certification such as Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license is highly desirable
• Proven experience in aviation consulting airline operations airport management or regulatory compliance
• Indepth knowledge of aviation safety standards air traffic control procedures and international aviation regulations (e.g. ICAO FAA EASA)
• Demonstrated expertise in aviation risk management safety management systems and accident/incident investigation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences
• Project management experience including planning implementation and evaluation of aviation projects
• Proficiency in aviation software and tools for data analysis modeling and simulations
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with clients and industry stakeholders
• Keen understanding of environmental sustainability fuel efficiency and carbon emissions in aviation
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities to address complex aviation challenges
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the aviation industry
• Sound judgment and decisionmaking skills especially in highpressure situations
