Job Description:
We are seeking two IT technicians level 3 each at 100% of a fulltime position. One of the fulltime positions is currently available. Proficiency in Swedish is mandatory for this position.
The consultant will be onsite at the Frskringskassan offices in Sundsvall for approximately two weeks for the project initiation. After that the assignment can be performed remotely upon agreement. Parts of the assignment may need to be carried out in Sundsvall approximately once a month.
The assignment involves designing implementing operating and maintaining Db2 databases. The consultant will be part of a database team and perform tasks as a resource in development teams in one or more parallel projects. Oncall duty may be included in the assignment.
Location: Sundsvall (Remote work is OK)
Key Responsibilities:
The offered consultant must meet the following skills and experience requirements. It is important that the consultant has current knowledge so each skill and experience listed below must have been at least partially acquired within the last 7 years.
- The offered consultant must have skills in database management and database design as well as a good understanding of performance implications.
- The offered consultant must have at least 3 years of experience as a DBA in relational databases on Unix/Linux platforms.
- The offered consultant must have at least 2 years of experience designing logical and physical databases using Power Designer or equivalent.
Requirements:
- Experience as a DBA in Db2 on Unix/Linux platforms.
Security Clearance
The assignment requires that the offered consultant undergoes a security clearance. The consultant may not start the assignment before the security clearance is approved.
