Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing course curriculum and materials for programming courses.
• Delivering engaging and informative lectures and workshops to students.
• Providing oneonone guidance and support to trainees to help them understand programming concepts especially related to Bitcoin node and Lightning Network nodes.
• Facilitating interactive discussions and activities to enhance students understanding of programming principles.
• Evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Staying updated with industry trends and incorporating relevant information into course content.
• Collaborating with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall quality of the courses.
• Participating in professional development opportunities to further enhance instructional skills.
• Managing and organizing online resources and materials to support student learning.
• Assisting in the development of assessments and examinations to measure student comprehension.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have 23 years experience in technical training in a corporate setting
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven professional experience in programming
• Demonstrated expertise in programming languages such as C Rust Golang Python etc.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools and provide instructions to trainees
• Familiarity with Bitcoin nodes and Lightning network nodes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in teaching or instructional design is preferred.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote virtual environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional strategies.
• Experience with online teaching platforms and tools.
