Job Description
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with international enterprise clients.
- Ensure clear and concise reporting and documentation for client updates.
- Handson experience with Selenium framework for automated testing.
- Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts.
- Analyze and identify test automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Perform detailed manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
- Create execute and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with clear evidence of responsibilities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Exhibit a gogetter attitude and demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium and other test automation tools.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects with a track record of successful deliveries.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Expertise in test automation frameworks particularly Selenium.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining test documentation.
- Ability to technically lead and mentor junior QA engineers.
