Experience: 1 yr customer care experience (only voice process)
Excellent communication skills
NOTE Having at least one year of experience in the same domain (customer support)
walk in interviews only.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answering questions about a company s products or services: Customer care employees should be knowledgeable about the company s offerings and be able to answer both general and specific customer questions.
- Processing orders and transactions: This may involve receiving and processing incoming orders transactions as well as handling order cancellations product returns or exchanges.
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems: Customer care employees should be able to resolve product/service issues troubleshoot problems and provide ongoing technical assistance to customers.
- Delivering information about a company s offerings: Customer care employees should be able to provide accurate and uptodate information about the company s products and services.
- Providing proactive customer outreach: Customer care employees should be able to reach out to customers proactively to ensure their satisfaction and build longterm relationships
