Overview:
The Intern HR plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks. This position is essential for maintaining efficient HR processes and ensuring a positive employee experience within the organization. We are having opportunity for 6 months internship with PPO opportunity. We are looking for candidate with long term commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documents coordinating orientation sessions and organizing training materials.
- Contribute to HR projects such as performance management employee engagement initiatives and policy development.
- Assist with maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
- Provide support in coordinating employee benefits and related inquiries.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining HRrelated documentation and files.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating employee events and internal communications.
- Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to discussions and initiatives.
- Support the HR team with adhoc administrative tasks and projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
- Understanding of HR laws and regulations is desirable.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and uphold ethical standards.
- Knowledge of HRIS or ATS platforms is advantageous.
- Proactive and eager to learn and contribute to the HR team.
