Job Description
Role: Head Marketing
Work Location: Chennai Tamil Nadu
Experience Required: 10 15 Years
Education Qualification: MBA in Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Formulating and devising brand strategy and plans to achieve the brand objectives
- Monitor and analyze brand performance and market trends to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead brandbuilding initiatives including brand positioning messaging and creative development.
- Foster innovation and product development to meet consumer needs and market demands.
- Lead product marketing efforts including product launches packaging and pricing strategies.
- 1015 years of overall experience
- Should handle B2B and products
- Team handling and P&L handling experience with a passion towards building and growing brands.
- Gotomarket execution for the assigned categories for improved market performance (e.g. market share profitability etc)
- Driving standardisation of processes and systems within the department and providing strategic guidance and direction to Brand teams to perform ontheground activities
Interview Process: 2 rounds 1 with the marketing director and 1 with CHRO & MD
Notice Period: 30 Days
