Overview The position is an entrylevel fulltime position with the objective of creating quality content for the Media and Behaviour Change team. The candidate will be working very closely with the Media and Marketing Lead and will be creating required videos posters worksheets etc
Key Results
- Creating highquality content for the team
- Advocacy and promotion of Rocket Learning programs and initiatives
- Being a key member of a successful team
Key Activities
- Design and development of learning content such as videos worksheets posters games etc.
- Conducting user research to understand the needs and preferences of Rocket Learning s users including lowincome children parents Anganwadi workers and government school teachers.
- Keeping up with trends in digital content to ensure Rocket Learning s learning content is relevant and exciting for users.
- Creating unique and highquality digital content that enables better learning.
Areas of responsibility
1. Weekly updates and quarterly reports to the team lead
2. Strong relationships with the other internal and external team members
3. Meeting content deadlines and supporting the team as needed.
5. Effectively implementing new initiatives and managing change
Required skills and background
- Strong aptitude for creative thinking and high quality clean design
- 13 years experience in designing with various design and editing tools or Degree/ certificate in design and/or editing
- Experience with a variety of digital design and editing tools
- Ability to work in ambiguous fastpaced environment
